Get to Know Us Better...
In 1997 Chris & Jenna Fromal moved to rural NC from the DC area with the dream of creating a small business that would support their young family. US Army Veteran, Chris has been an accomplished technician for over 30 years, beginning his training in the military, and expanding his credentials working as a leading mechanic with Caterpillar on heavy equipment. With a degree in business, Chris always dreamed of having his own shop. So, after having shopped the Maryland real estate market, the Fromals relocated to NC, and downsized to working on autos, specializing in European imports.
After having been in Halifax for nearly 3 decades, HMI has become known as the exclusive import repair facility in the larger part of a 60+ mile area radiating from Halifax.
Chris continues to work on site daily, and maintains an ASE Master Tech Certification.
